VF Workout 134 - Swings & Concept 2 Rower
Today I'm going to do one of my favorite circuits. Some Kettlebell Swings with the Concept 2 Rower. For this workout I choose 1 minute each hand Swings with 40kg / 88lb Kettlebell and 500 meter row. Rowing is similar to what it takes to move the kettlebells well, but of course different, so I really like to combine them, and if you have access to a rowing machine, I think you will see what I mean.
